Reebok’s new shoe collection is inspired by Eames Furniture

Reebok has collaborated with Eames Office to launch three limited-edition sneakers.

Are Charles and Ray Eames’ recliners and footstools dream pieces for your home? 🪑

Lovers of great design will be over the moon with the news that you can now get shoes that reflect some of Eames’s most loved designs. 😆

Inspired by mid-century modern Eames furniture and some of its culturally influential pieces, Reebok has collaborated with Eames Office to launch three limited-edition sneakers. 👟

#1: The Rosewood: inspired by the Eames lounge chair and has its leather upper printed with a lifelike wood grain print.

#2: Elephant Pack: inspired by Eames’ 1945 molded plywood toy elephant is designed for children and comes with a removable protection lace in the shape of an elephant head.

#3: Coloring Toy: named after Eames’ 1955 children’s play set. It replicates the silhouette of the game’s die-cut shape on a white leather upper, allowing the wearer to color it as they wish.

Even the design of the box of the sneakers is a tribute to the legendary Eames House in Los Angeles.

We think Reebok’s collaboration with Eames transcends the realm of pop and fashion.💚
