We love @StudioUnto‘s collection of gem-like colored crayons 💚

The crayons called ‘color gem’ pay homage to nature in both appearance and feeling. It is as if you picked up a rock from the ground. When putting crayons on paper, the layers of earthy tones change with every stroke. The crayon themselves taking on a unique shape carved by the users’ style of drawing. Just like natural rock erosion.

The set of 4 crayons come in a minimal white box to showcase the wonderful colors with a frosted translucent sliding cover. Resembling the boxes used to showcase precious gems.

@Dezeen Awards 2020 loved the Color Gem’s too, adding them to 2020 longlist them in the product design category. 🌟
