And the stunning packaging for Songhua River Rice does just that. The design of this beautifully packaged rice product, which was launched as a gift to customers for the Spring Festival, incorporates multiple elements of “Koi” which means good luck for the year in Chinese 🧧️.
The triangular shape of the product is inspired by the koi fish. At the same time, the koi’s visual color is added resulting in a perfect combination of design and culture 🎏.
What brings this packaging to life is the fish scale-inspired textures with three-dimensional qualities created by laser cutting. Truly a work of art.
