Customers use a touchscreen console at ‘Space Unfolded’, an in-store pop-up located on the mezzanine level of its Brooklyn store, to select one of three rooms, each representing a different lifestyle. These are then projected into the space and shown simultaneously on the screen. Prompts provide tips, design ideas, and product suggestions that drive home the company’s focus on storage and organization for any customer and living space.
